What "admin" means in Game Vault
Operators use "Game Vault admin" loosely. Sometimes it means the backend in general. Sometimes it means a higher-privilege account. Sometimes it just means whoever runs things at a location. On this site, admin means administrative access: an account with oversight functions beyond day-to-day agent work.
Admin access is not a separate website. Administrative accounts sign in at the same backend as everyone else. Functionality depends on the credentials and permission level assigned to the user.
Authorized credentials issued by your account provider are required. GameVaultAgent.com never collects them.
Admin, distributor and agent compared
| Agent | Distributor | Admin | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Main focus | Players | Agents and sub-accounts | Oversight of the structure |
| Login address | Same backend | Same backend | Same backend |
| Scope of control | Own account and players | Accounts beneath them | Set by provider, never assumed |
| Risk if compromised | Contained | Wider | Widest |
This site does not promise unrestricted admin access, and no provider should. Admin capabilities are assigned, not inherited.
Administrative functions
Agent management
Administrative accounts generally oversee the operators beneath them. Exact actions are not listed here until verified.
Player management
Whether an admin works with player accounts directly or through agents depends on how the structure is set up.
Credit controls
Credit oversight is a core administrative concern: knowing where balances sit and how they move. Pair backend checks with your own ledger. See credits.
Reporting
Reporting capabilities will be documented when confirmed by screenshots or documentation. Do not rely on a report existing until you have seen it in your own account.
Admin security
An admin login can affect everyone beneath it, so it deserves stricter habits than any other account:
- Never share admin credentials, even with trusted staff. Ask about separate accounts instead.
- Only sign in at agent.gamevault999.com/login, from a device you control.
- Do not sign in on shared counter devices.
- Treat any message asking for admin codes as an attack, whoever it claims to come from.
- Know in advance who your provider contact is if access needs to be secured.
