Game Vault Credits for Agents and Distributors

Credits are the working stock of a Game Vault operator. Learn how they fit the structure, how to keep records, and how to discuss your individual requirements with Titan Gaming Solutions.

The role of credits

Game Vault runs on an agent-based credit structure. Operators hold credit balances in the backend and work from them. Credits flow down the structure: from a provider, through distributors where they exist, to agents, who serve players.

Agent and distributor balances

An agent balance is the working stock for serving players. A distributor balance is usually larger and supplies the operators below it. Both are viewed in the backend at agent.gamevault999.com/login, within what each account is permitted to see.

Loading credits

Operators get credits from their provider. With Titan Gaming Solutions, the process is direct: contact Titan, confirm the current price and quantity, and arrange the purchase. Credits are then made available to your account.

Moving credits between accounts, for example from a distributor to an agent, depends on your account level and is not described step by step here until verified.

Record keeping

Good records are the difference between a five-minute question and a lost afternoon. A minimal ledger has four columns:

Date and timeActionAmountReference
When it happenedPurchase, transfer or player actionCredits movedWho or what it relates to

Reconcile it against your backend balance daily. If they do not match, you want to know the same day.
