What is the Game Vault backend?
The Game Vault backend, also written GameVault backend or Game Vault 999 backend, is the web-based operator system behind the platform. Agents, distributors and other authorized operators use it for the account and credit side of the business. It is a different system from the mobile app players use.
For players getting the Game Vault mobile app. External Game Vault link. No operator login here.
For authorized agents, distributors and administrators with issued credentials.
Mixing these two up is the most common mistake people make. The download link is for players. The backend link is for operators with issued credentials. A player cannot sign in to the backend, and the backend is not where anyone downloads the app.
Game Vault backend login
Open the backend directly from the verified address. GameVaultAgent.com links straight to it. There is no redirect, no copy of the login form, and nothing collected on the way.
Authorized credentials issued by your account provider are required. GameVaultAgent.com never collects them.
Login problems are covered step by step on the agent login page and in support.
Backend account levels
The backend serves more than one kind of operator. The levels most often discussed are:
| Level | General role | Further reading |
|---|---|---|
| Agent | Working operator serving players | Agent guide |
| Distributor | Higher-level operator serving agents | Distributor guide |
| Administrator | Administrative oversight, scope set by provider | Admin guide |
Dashboard overview
After signing in, operators land on the backend dashboard. Verified screenshots of the dashboard have not been supplied to this site yet. Rather than guess at layouts or show a fake screen, this section stays text-only until authentic material is available.
What you can rely on: the dashboard is your starting point for the account and credit work your level allows. Take a minute on your first login to find where your balance is shown and where your account actions live. Note them for your staff.
Account and player management
Because Game Vault is agent-based, the backend is where operator-to-player relationships are handled. Which actions you can take on player accounts depends on your level and provider. Ask your provider for a written list of what your account can do, and keep it with your bookmarks.
Credit management
Credits are the core of operator work in the backend. A sound workflow looks the same at any level:
- 01Check your balance at the start of the session.
- 02Perform credit actions within your account permissions.
- 03Record each action in your own log, including time, reference and amount.
- 04Reconcile your log against the backend balance at the end of the day.
- 05Reorder from your provider before you run short.
See Game Vault credits for more on balances.
Agent and sub-account management
Higher-level accounts such as distributors usually work with accounts beneath them. The specific tools for creating or managing sub-accounts are not documented here until verified. If you manage other operators, confirm with your provider exactly what you can create and adjust.
Reports
Reporting screens will be described once screenshots or documentation confirm them. Until then, keep your own records. A dated log of credit activity is useful no matter what the backend offers.
