The short answer
A Game Vault agent serves players. A Game Vault distributor sits higher in the structure and typically serves agents. Both sign in at the same backend. What each can do once inside is set by their account provider.
Side by side
| Question | Agent | Distributor |
|---|---|---|
| Who do you serve? | Players | Agents and sub-accounts |
| Where do you log in? | agent.gamevault999.com/login | agent.gamevault999.com/login |
| Typical credit scale | Working balance | Larger balance supplying others |
| Main daily concern | Serving players accurately | Keeping operators supplied and organized |
| Who sets your permissions? | Your account provider | Your account provider |
How the work feels different
An agent day is transactional and close to players. It is about requests, balances and accurate logs. A distributor day is about coordination. You check that agents have what they need, keep records of what went where, and make sure no one below you runs dry.
If you enjoy the counter, you are probably an agent. If you would rather manage the people at the counters, you are probably looking at distribution.
How to choose
- Only serving your own players? Start with an agent account.
- Already supplying several operators? Ask about a distributor account.
- Not sure? Describe your setup to Titan and ask which fits.
