How to Become a Game Vault Agent: Accounts, Backend & Getting Started

Becoming an agent is a short process. Being ready for it takes a little more thought. This is the order to think about things in.

Start with what you are actually setting up

People ask about a Game Vault agent account for different reasons. A store owner wants to offer it at the counter. A reseller already has players asking for it. Someone else has heard about it and wants to understand it first. The account is the same in each case. The preparation is not.

Before contacting anyone, write down three things: who your players are, where you will operate, and how you will handle credits day to day. That one paragraph will make your first conversation with a provider much faster.

What an agent account is, briefly

A Game Vault agent (or GameVault agent, or Game Vault 999 agent, depending on who is talking) is an operator account. It signs in at the backend, holds a credit balance, and serves players. Players use the mobile app. Agents never need it to do their job. The full explanation is in the Game Vault agent guide.

Who an agent account suits

  • You will be the person players come to for their account and credits.
  • You can check a balance and keep a simple log every day.
  • You can protect a login and keep it off shared devices.

If you plan to supply other agents rather than players, read about the distributor level first. You may be asking for the wrong account.

Understand the backend before day one

Every agent works in the same place: the Game Vault backend. Open it once before your account is ready so you recognize the real address.

Authorized credentials issued by your account provider are required. GameVaultAgent.com never collects them.

The page will not let you in until you have credentials. That is correct behavior. The backend guide explains what happens after you sign in.

Plan your first credit order

Plan your first order around your operational needs. Titan Gaming Solutions determines pricing individually for each agent or distributor rather than publishing fixed credit rates.

Pricing is determined based on the individual needs of each agent or distributor. Contact Titan Gaming Solutions to discuss your requirements.

Order based on what you expect to use in your first stretch, not on a guess about the future. You can always reorder. More detail is on the pricing page.

Where distributors fit in

Some agents sit under a distributor who supplies their credits. Others work directly with a provider. Either is fine. What matters is knowing exactly who your account provider is, because that is who you contact when anything goes wrong.
